Three simple steps — no waiting at home, no missed deliveries, no drama.
Your sender dispatches the parcel via Express Genie. At checkout or when booking, they select a Parcel Connect point near you.
You'll receive an SMS and email when your parcel arrives at the Connect Point with a unique barcode to show at collection.
Head to the store when it suits you — morning, evening or weekend. Show your barcode and ID, and pick up your parcel. Simple.
Hold time: Parcels are held at your chosen Connect Point for up to 5 working days. After this, they're returned to the sender. Bring valid ID and your notification barcode to collect.

Book your shipment online at Send Your Parcel, select "Drop off at Connect Point", print your label and securely pack your items.
Hand it to the store staff. They'll scan it into the Express Genie network and it's tracked all the way to delivery. No queues, no fuss.
Size limits apply: Connect Point drop-offs accept parcels up to 5 kg and dimensions no larger than 45cm × 35cm × 35cm. Larger items can be dropped at your nearest Express Genie depot.
